HOW DO I KEEP MY JEWELRY CLEAN?

We suggest always taking off your jewelry before swimming or showering as this will help your jewels stay clean and sparkly. Crystals, in particular, will dull in prolonged exposure to chlorine or salt water. We also recommend that you take your jewelry off before exercising or any other strenuous activity as your sweat can damage the plating of your piece.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Shipping times vary between 10 to 20 days. If necessary, due to high demand, small delays could be expected.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

Any requests for refunds are eligible to be analyzed within the first 60 days after purchase. If the product has been in your possession for longer than 60 days, refunds will no longer be available.
